Join us for our next United Women in Faith Annual Day on Saturday, Oct. 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Emmanuel UMC (22 Salt Road, Enola).
The registration fee is $12 and includes morning refreshments and a tea luncheon. Registration opens at 9 a.m. Bring a teacup and saucer to donate to Women At Risk, Int’l (WAR). WAR’s many talented artisans will repurpose your teacup donation into a beautiful candle to be sold in support of its safe houses. The day also includes a speaker from WAR and a boutique of war chest items for sale. Certified lay speaker Cindy Thomas will provide a message on gratitude. Our afternoon workshop is presented by Rosemary House and will include a tea sipping peace ceremony. All women are invited!
