Save the Date! The United Women of Faith at First Church will hold their annual Yard, Book and Bake Sale on Saturday, Aug. 20 from 8 a.m. to noon in the church parking lot.
Free school supplies for children on a first come, first served basis. Food will be available at the sale to benefit the Church Handbell Choirs. The huge book sale benefits the Church Library and includes books, CD’s and puzzles and you can enjoy tasty treats at the United Women in Faith Bake Sale. Proceeds benefit United Women in Faith (formerly United Methodist Women) missions in our community and our Youth mission trips. For the convenience of shoppers, the book sale and church sale will be held in the church multipurpose room, doors will open promptly at 8:00 a.m.
Interested in donating your treasures for us to sell? First Church will receive donations beginning August 8. You can drop items off in the multipurpose room during office hours (9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Friday) or during an evening collection (6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10 and 17).
